Maurice Lacroix & Alexandra Trusova
Maurice Lacroix is proud to welcome Alexandra Trusova to the ML Crew, a group of talented individuals from around the world. The Russian figure skater may be young, but she has already achieved so much. Joining the team is yet another landmark in her impressive career. At just 13 years old, Alexandra was the first skater to perform two quadruple jumps, a salchow and a toe loop while competing in the World Junior Championships 2018. Indeed, her free skate programme was a remarkable performance that was noticed around the world. Alexandra was just four years of age when she took to the ice for the first time and her potential soon became apparent. Her chosen discipline requires technical precision, speed, flexibility, timing and absolute concentration. Alexandra has repeatedly climbed the rankings and she is currently placed 4th in the world.
Stéphane Waser, Managing Director of Maurice Lacroix, stated, “Alexandra has already achieved so much, however, with her ambition, talent and sheer dedication, I suspect there is much more to come. Her various qualities make Alexandra the perfect addition to the ML Crew and we look forward to witnessing her win many more medals and titles". When asked what it means to be part of the ML Crew, Alexandra’s response is unequivocal, “To be among the best!” And what about her favourite watch? “It’s the AIKON Automatic 35mm with white mother-of-pearl dial and diamond indices. The design clearly resonates with my sense of style. The integrated bracelet and the six arms on the bezel, evoke thoughts of strength and yet, on the other hand, I find the watch to be elegant and feminine."
Several challenges await Alexandra, including local and international championships.
