Maurice Lacroix unveils a new interpretation of its popular model, the PONTOS. Endowed with chronograph, day and date indications, sumptuous details and a scratch-resistant ceramic bezel, the PONTOS S Chronograph bridges two seemingly disparate worlds, elegance and sport, and unites them to form a cohesive design befitting any occasion.
A colour palette of khaki and black may imply a desire to hide from attention, however, the new PONTOS Day Date reverses this idea. With its interesting blend of contrasting shades, this new model stands out, especially within an urban landscape. Quite simply, there are many reasons to recommend this exemplar of urban chic.

The Maurice Lacroix Eliros has always been linked with the notion of style. Over the years, it has been dressed in an array of colours, sometimes encompassing rich textures to augment appeal. Now, the Swiss watch brand is pleased to unveil a new, special edition Eliros that unites a pyramidal motif with sumptuous sunny shades. This indulgent timepiece is intended for individuals who seek pleasure in everything they do.
Maurice Lacroix has often used its Eliros collection to present new ideas. Since 1996 the collection has been at the forefront of fashion, embracing new trends and encompassing bright colours. Today, Maurice Lacroix is adding and one new 3-hand model and two new Chronographs as daring as they are fresh to its current collection..
The 40mm stainless steel case is slenderenhancing wearer comfort. A quartz movement is housed within the case, obviating the need for manual winding and delivering a high degree of precision. The dial design blends long batons with elongated Arabic numerals, each presented in alternating colours, giving the model a modern vibe. The new models also feature the company’s ‘Easy Strap Exchange’ system, allowing the wearer to change the appearance of their Eliros without the need for tools.
Building on the success of its AIKON Automatic range of models, Maurice Lacroix has enlarged its product portfolio. For example, the 39mm model is now also available with a green dial, first seen on the 42mm version. Likewise, the rosé dial that proved very popular with the 39mm case is now offered on the larger 42mm model. The AIKON’s Easy Strap Exchange system has delighted the model’s wearers for several years. It allows the owner to easily swap a metal bracelet for a leather strap, or vice-versa, without the need for tools. Now, Maurice Lacroix builds upon this versatility by introducing a new range of straps formed of FKM rubber. This particular grade of rubber delivers superior flexibility to regular rubber, augmenting wearer comfort. In addition, FKM rubber offers greater wear-resistance and the colour is less susceptible to fading.
THE AIKON AUTOMATIC CHRONOGRAPH SPRINT - WHEN SECONDS COUNT
The AIKON Automatic Chronograph Sprint plays with colours and textures, endowing the model with a very different appearance to its siblings. However, die-hard fans of the AIKON can relax, this new model still features the AIKON’s distinctive six arms straddling the bezel, the M-logo on its strap and the model’s urban styling. Put simply, the new model is fresh and sporty but respects the legend.
For the first time, the AIKON is presented in a 44mm stainless steel case dressed in matte black DLC. This coating was selected for its impressive wear characteristics and chemical resistance. In contrast, the six arms spanning the bezel are delivered in a gleaming gunmetal finish. By juxtaposing different colours and textures, the AIKON Automatic Chronograph Sprint exhibits a sumptuous appearance.
The AIKON Urban Tribe measures 42mm in diameter. Its engraved steel case upholds the AIKON’s reputation for ergonomic design, delivering impressive levels of wearer comfort. The sun-brushed Clous de Paris dial is equipped with luminescent hour and minute hands, a central sweep seconds hand and a date indication. All information is clearly conveyed. However, beyond its functional qualities, there is an overriding sense of style, a characteristic familiar to all AIKON owners.
Many lines and curves adorn the steel surfaces of the watch, engaging with light and delivering sublime tactility. The engraved motifs also resemble tattoos, a popular means of self-expression. Likewise, Maurice Lacroix hopes the AIKON Urban Tribe means something to the wearer, a watch that sits close to the skin and feels at one with its owner.
To the rear of the watch, a pane of sapphire crystal affords sight of the automatic ML115 calibre. This movement is embellished with circular graining, snailing and Côtes de Genève motif. The rotor is engraved with the same patterns adorning the model’s watch head and bracelet.
THE MASTERPIECE GRAVITY – DESIGNED TO ENCHANT
Masterpiece is the ultimate expression of Maurice Lacroix ownership. Each curving line and crisp facet is designed to enchant the onlooker.
Consistent with its contemporary outlook, Maurice Lacroix has created an additional version of the Masterpiece Gravity, overflowing with modernity. The silver-toned dial sidesteps unnecessary clutter, delivering a clean dial which efficiently imparts time. The refined pairing of silver, dark grey and white tones delivers an abundance of eye-appeal that is clear to see. A contemporary and design watch at the same time.
An off-centre hour and minutes display is positioned in the top right corner of the dial. Unlike earlier examples of the Gravity, this display eschews a chapter ring, conferring a neater, tidier appearance. Each hour is denoted with elongated Roman numerals, save for noon where the brand’s ‘M’ logo sits on high. The hour and minute hands are yellow gold plated, infusing the display with a soupçon of colour and heightening the sense of luxury.

Strong and sturdy, titanium is like steel, but more resistant. By applying this technical material to the AIKON Automatic Chronograph, Maurice Lacroix has transcended its flagship collection. The result? A timepiece which is exceptionally weightless and comfortable to wear. Its vibrant colour and intense satin finish make the AIKON Automatic Titanium Chronograph ideal for the discreet, yet daring urban adventurer.
Rigid and light, dark and scratch-resistant, titanium is entering in the AIKON Automatic collection, with a new version of the AIKON Automatic Chronograph with a grey and blue dial. More than just representing a material evolution, titanium raises the profile of the AIKON Automatic Chronograph. It’s a different kind of style, more technical, more pleasant and exceptionally more seductive.
With its 44 mm diameter and natural thickness, the AIKON Automatic Chronograph has a strong and visible presence on the wrist. Matching that of its automatic chronograph calibre, which is
water-resistant to 20 Bar, or 200 metres.
