TERMS & CONDITIONS
PARTICIPATION RULES
1. These participation rules (“Rules”) apply to all people who, after answering to the questionnaire agree to participate to the raffle (the “Participants”) from December 9th, 2024 until January 31st, 2024 (the “Raffle”).
2. The participation in the Raffle is subject exclusively to the Rules. By participating to the Raffle, each Participant expressly agrees to have fully understood and to be bound by these Rules.
3. The Raffle is promoted and organized by Maurice Lacroix, Branch of Medinova AG, with registered address at Eggbuehlstrasse 28, 8050 Zurich, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “Maurice Lacroix”).
4. The Rules are available in English, German and Japanese only and are displayed on the Maurice Lacroix Raffle Registration web page.
5. Maurice Lacroix reserves the right to cancel the Raffle and/or change the Rules at any time without prior notice to Participants, without liability to the Participants. Any changes will be posted on the Maurice Lacroix Raffle Registration web page.
HOW TO ENTER

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
15. The Raffle will be available from December 09, 2024, 12:01 a.m. CET, to January 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CET and a participation in the Raffle is only possible during this period.
16. To take part to the Raffle, Participants must complete the Questionnaire and provide their personal data on the Maurice Lacroix Raffle Registration page. Personal data contains name and surname, date of birth, email address, postal address and phone number.
17. Further on the Maurice Lacroix Raffle Registration page, Participants will be asked , to agree to the Rules and to read and acknowledge to the Privacy Policy that will be displayed there.
18. There is no purchase requirement to participate in the Raffle and there is no charge to use the Maurice Lacroix Raffle Registration web page and/or in participating to the Questionnaire other than the usual Internet connection charges payable to your service provider and/or telephone company.
19. Participation in the Raffle is voluntary and not mandatory for completing the Questionnaire.
PRIZES AND DETERMINING OF THE WINNERS
20. Five winners will be selected to receive one of the following Maurice Lacroix watch models (the “Prize” or the “Prizes”):
• AIKON Automatic 42mm (AI6008-SS002-430-1) worth 2050 CHF (to be intended as recommended retail price);
• AIKON #tide (AI2008-00000-300-0) worth 700 CHF (to be intended as recommended retail price);
• FIABA 32mm Moonphase (FA1084-SS002-420-1) worth 1400 CHF (to be intended as recommended retail price);
• PONTOS Day Date (PT6358-SS002-334-1) worth 1950 CHF (to be intended as recommended retail price);
• PONTOS S Diver (PT6248-SS00L-330-J) worth 1990 CHF (to be intended as recommended retail price);
21. The Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Maurice Lacroix reserves the right to substitute the Prizes by alternative Maurice Lacroix watch models of equivalent or greater value.
22. Out of all eligible Participants five winners of the Raffle will be chosen by Maurice Lacroix at random. The Prizes will be randomly allocated among the five winners.
23. Each winner will be notified by email by Maurice Lacroix within fifteen (15) days upon closure of the Raffle. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within four (4) weeks or Maurice Lacroix, at its sole discretion, declares him/her ineligible to receive the prize, he/she will be forfeited from the Raffle and an alternative winner will be selected from the remaining valid, eligible Participants.
24. Maurice Lacroix will use its reasonable endeavors to send the Prizes to the winners within a delay of two (2) months from the day of notification. The winners of the Raffle are not entitled to claim any other prize of similar value (in product or in cash) than the ones foreseen by Maurice Lacroix in the present Rules.
FINAL PROVISIONS
25. All personal data provided by each Participant (e-mail, address, etc.) will be stored and processed according to the applicable data protection laws as well as the Privacy Notice displayed on the Maurice Lacroix Raffle Registration page (link to the privacy notice to be inserted).
26. All intellectual property rights and ownership related to the Raffle (the “Rights”) shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, fully and exclusively belong to Maurice Lacroix. These Rights shall, if possible and permitted under/by applicable law, directly accrue in the ownership of Maurice Lacroix.
27. These Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with substantive Swiss law whereby the Swiss conflict of law rules are hereby excluded from application to these Rules.
28. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Rules, and/or the Raffle shall be resolved exclusively before the courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
29. This Raffle is organized solely by Maurice Lacroix. As such, any complaint by participants on any matter related to the Raffle or the designation of the winners, will have to be addressed directly to Maurice Lacroix. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Questionnaire remains subject to Human8 then-current terms and conditions and associated privacy policy.
30. Nothing in these Rules shall exclude or limit Maurice Lacroix’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its staff or supplier’s negligence or for fraud. Subject to this, Maurice Lacroix cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant or as a result of accepting any prize.
31. Maurice Lacroix is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials related to the Raffle.
32. Maurice Lacroix cannot promise that the services relating to the Raffle will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. These services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond the control of Maurice Lacroix. Maurice Lacroix will not be liable in the event that all or any part of the service relating to the Raffle is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
